摘　　要：目的:探讨产前超声诊断脐带囊肿的价值。方法:回顾性分析96 498名孕12周以上孕妇产前超声检查结果及临床资料,分析脐带囊肿产前超声诊断的临床意义。结果:共发现脐带囊肿44例,其中18例(40.91%,18/44)无合并畸形,21例(47.72%,21/44)合并多发性畸形,5例(11.36%,5/44)合并单发畸形;最常见的合并畸形为先天性心脏畸形,共12例(27.27%,12/44),其次为脐膨出,共7例(15.91%,7/44),18三体3例(6.82%,3/44),双胎之一脐带囊肿3例(6.82%,3/44),羊水增多8例(18.18%,8/44)。脐带囊肿的检出与孕妇年龄无明显相关性(P=0.797),与孕周相关(P=0.006)。结论:产前超声对诊断脐带囊肿具有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis of umbilical cord cyst. Methods：Retrospectively examing the ultrasound screening results of fetuses＇ structure and cyst of cord from 96 498 pregnant women with more than 12 gestational weeks, analyzing the significance of ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical characteristics. Results： A total of 44 fetuses with umbilical cord cyst were identified. Among them,18 cases（ 40. 91%,18 /44） had no complications,21 cases（ 47. 72%,21 /44） had multiple anomaly and 5 cases（ 11. 36%,5 /44） had single anomaly. The most common complication observed was congenital heart malformation（ 27. 27%,12 /44）,followed by acromphalus（ 15. 91%,7 /44）,trisomy-18（ 6. 82%,3 /44）,umbilical cord cyst of one of the twins（ 6. 82%,3 /44） and amniotic fluid increase（ 18. 18%,8 /44）. Umbilical cord cysts had no obvious correlation with the age of pregnant women（ P = 0. 797）,but had correlation with gestational age（ P = 0. 006）.Conclusion： Antenatal ultrasonic screening is of remarkable clinical significance for diagnosis of fetuses＇ cyst of cord.
