摘  要:目的:探讨延续护理干预对卒中后非痴呆型认知障碍患者的影响。方法:将符合入组标准的91例患者按随机数字法分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用常规护理,出院后每15 d进行电话随访1次;干预组对患者及照顾者进行居家护理技能的培训和考核,出院后专人随访。两组患者分别于干预前,干预后3、6个月采用简易智能量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)、社会功能调查表(SFRS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表进行评估。结果:干预3个月后两组评分均较干预前有所提高,但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月后干预组各项评分分别为MMSE 29.14±2.612,ADL 28.2±9.982,SFRS 5.89±2.423,FuglMeyer 52.31±2.413,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续护理可改善卒中后非痴呆型认知障碍患者的认知功能,提高其日常生活能力。Objective: To explore the impacts of continuing nursing intervention for the cognitive impairment with non dementia patients after stroke. Methods: 87 patients which meet the standard were divided into control group and intervention group according to the random number method. Conventional care was used in the control group which followed-up by telephone every 15 days after discharge; Patients of intervention group and caregivers for them were trained and assessed with home care skills and individual follow-up after discharge. The two groups of patients were evaluated respectively before and after intervention 3 and 6 months by using simple intelligence scale( MMSE),daily life ability rating scale( ADL),Social function questionnaire( SFRS),Fugl Meyer movement function rating scale. Results: Patients in two groups were improved after three months intervention compared with before,but no statistical differences between two groups( P〉0. 05),however,six months after,the figure of intervention group accounted for MMSE 29. 14 ± 2. 612,ADL 28. 2 ± 9. 982,SFRS 5. 89 ± 2. 423,Fugl-Meyer52. 31 ± 2. 413,statistical differences were found between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Continuing nursing can improve the cognitive function of the cognitive impairment with non dementia patients after stroke.
