摘　　要：目的：建立消炎止痛膏有效的质量控制方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别血竭、冰片;运用高效液相色谱法测定血竭中的血竭素含量。结果：薄层色谱方法简便、专属性强、重复性好;含量测定结果准确,血竭素的平均回收率为98.07%（RSD=1.53%,n=6）;血竭素在0.1～0.6μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性。结论：本方法可有效控制消炎止痛膏的质量。Objective： To establish an effective quality control method of Xiaoyan Zhitong Ointment. Methods： Thin-Layer Chromatography（TLC）was used to identify Daemonorops draco and Borneol; then the content of Dracorhodin in Daemonorops draco was determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Results： The TLC method is simple with strong specificity and good repeatability; and content can be determined accurately. The average recoveries of Dracorhodin was 98.07%（RSD=1.53%,n=6）. Dracorhodin shows good linear relationship within the scope of 0.1～0.6μg. Conclusions： The method can effectively control the quality of Xiaoyan Zhitong Ointment.
