咳喘散穴位贴敷治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期105例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察咳喘散穴位贴敷治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年2月～2015年9月于我院诊治的105例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,将患儿随机分成研究组和对照组,对照组（n=52）采用常规西药治疗,研究组（n=53）则用咳喘散穴位贴敷治疗,6个月后分析两组临床疗效、咳喘发作情况。结果：研究组总有效率为90.6%,明显高于对照组（75.0%）,研究组哮喘发作次数显著少于对照组,哮喘发作时间、发作喘息时间显著短于对照组,以上组间对比差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用咳喘散穴位贴敷治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Ke Chuan Powder acupoint sticking in treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods：Selected 105 children who were admitted to our hospital from Oct 2013 to Sept 2015 as the research object,and they were randomly divided into two groups,and then the control group（n=52）were treated with routine western medicine while the observation group（n =53） were treated with ke Chuan Powder acupoint sticking. 6 months later,compared and the two groups in the clinical efficacy,asthma attack symptoms. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 90.6%,which was significantly higher than those in control group（75.0%）,while observation group of asthma attacks were significantly less than that of the control group,and asthma,wheezing onset time were significantly shorter than that of the control group,all of the above differences had statistical significance（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Using the Ke Chuan powder acupoint sticking to treat the children with bronchial asthma gain significant clinical efficacy,good prognosis,reducing the frequency of asthma attacks,enhance immunity,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
