四家动物园草食动物消化道寄生虫感染情况调查

摘　　要：为了解黑龙江省四家动物园草食动物消化道寄生虫的感染情况,于2015年3月至2015年6月在四家动物园采集了87份动物的粪便样品,采用水洗沉淀法和饱和盐水漂浮法对采集的粪便样品进行虫卵检查。结果有21份样品虫卵检测阳性,总阳性率为24.1%(21/87),哈尔滨北方森林动物园检出率最高,为34.6%,齐齐哈尔龙沙动植园和佳木斯水源山公园检出率为分别为25%和28.6%,而鸡西没有检出。在感染的寄生虫中,线虫为主要虫种。本研究为四家动物园草食动物消化道寄生虫的防治提供了依据。To investigate the infection status of digestive tract parasites in herbivorous animals of four zoos in Heilongjiang Province, 87 fecal samples collected from March to June 2015 in the four zoos were examined by sedimentation and flotation method for the eggs of parasites. The results showed that 21 simples were infected by parasites, the positive rate was 24.1% （21/87）, and the infection rate of samples from Qiqihar Longsha Zoological and Botanical Gardens, Harbin Northern Forest Zoo, Jiamusi water mountain park and Jixi zoo was 34.6%, 25%,28.6% and 0%, respectively. And the infection rate of Harbin Northern Forest Zoo＇simples was the highest. The majority of the animals were infected by the nematode in those zoos. This study provides the basis for the prevention and control digestive tract parasites in herbivorous animals of four zoos.
