摘 要:对相同成分的550 MPa级高强韧船板钢进行了常规轧制和控制轧制,对比了轧后试验钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:两种工艺轧制试验钢的组织均为铁素体+M/A岛;控制轧制试验钢的晶粒更细小,铁素体含量更高;两种工艺轧制试验钢的强度和伸长率相差不大,但控制轧制试验钢在-40℃的低温冲击功更高,为常规轧制试验钢的2.4倍。Normal rolling and eontrolled rolling processes were carried out on 550 MPa rank high strength-toughness hull plate steel with same chemical composition, and microstructures and mechanical properties of the steel after rolling were compared. The results show that microstructures of the steel after rolling with two kinds of processes were ferrite and M/A island, the grain size of the steel with controlled rolling was a little smaller, and the content of ferrite was higher. Strength and elongation of the steel after rolling with two kinds of processes had little difference, but the steel with controlled roiling had higher low temperature impact energy at -40 ℃, which was 2.4 times of impact energy of the steel with normal roiling.
