基于DEA的我国高校科研投入与专利产出分析

摘　　要：为了提高高校专利转化率,实现专利投入的最大效益化,从高校专利转化现状进行分析,结合数据包络分析(DEA)方法,以2009—2013年这5年的高校科技经费、人员投入、专利产出量及出售量作为研究对象,结果表明:应合理调整经费投入、人员投入量及专利产出量,达到资源的合理配置,同时也应考虑资金的分配,适度向普通本科及专科学校倾斜。In order to improve the conversion rate of university patent,to achieve the maximum benefit of the investment,the paper,combing with data envelopment（ DEA）,selecting the science technology funds,personnel investment,patent output and sale amount of universities in 2009—2013,analyzed the current patent conversion status of the universities. The results show that reasonable adjustments should be put in the amount of budget,personnel investment and patent output volume to achieve a reasonable allocation of resources,and that in the meantime,the allocation of funds should also be considered,which can be moderately inclined to the general undergraduate and junior college.
