摘 要:为研究不同来源、不同剂量和不同生产工艺的猪瘟疫苗免疫仔猪后抗体效价之间的区别,本研究采用正向间接血凝试验(IHA)对某规模化猪场进行猪瘟疫苗免疫检测和分析。结果表明:不同来源相同剂量的猪瘟疫苗免疫仔猪抗体效价差别不明显;猪瘟细胞苗和猪瘟脾淋苗相同免疫剂量比对效果不显著;仔猪抗体水平和免疫剂量呈正相关,增加免疫剂量可以很好的提高免疫效果;猪瘟母源抗体效价随着仔猪日龄的增长而呈逐渐下降的趋势;23日龄仔猪母源抗体效价合格率达到100%,抗体效价均值8.9log2,29日龄合格率为80%,抗体效价均值6.9log2,所以考虑群体免疫合格率和抗体效价均值,仔猪猪瘟疫苗应该在29日龄左右进行首免。This study was conducted to evaluate the difference of antibody titer among different sources, doses and production engineering of swine fever vaccines using the method of indirect hemagglutination (IHA) to detect and analyze the swine fever vaccines in a scaled pig farm. The results showed that the difference of antibody titer of different sources and the same dose of swine fever vaccine to piglets was not obvious. The comparison effect between swine fever cell vaccine and swine fever spleen--lymph vaccine was not significant. The antibody levels of piglets was positively correlated with immune dose, which meant that increasing immune dose could commendably improve immune effect. There was a gradually decreasing trend of ma- ternal antibody titer along with the increasing age of piglets. The acceptability of maternal antibody titer of piglets at 23 days of age was 100 %, and the average value of antibody titer was 8.9 log2 ; and the acceptability of maternal antibody titer of piglets at 29 days of age was 80 %, and the average value of antibody titer was 6.9 log2. Therefore, comprehensive evaluation of the immune acceptability and the average value of antibody titer suggested that the swine fever vaccine of piglets should be firstly immunized at about 29 days of age.
