摘　　要：随着经济快速发展,人民生活水平日益提高,从如何解决温饱到日益关注食品质量安全,占食品70%以上的源头农产品,其质量安全被提到了空前位置。建立完善的农产品质量安全监管体系,对保障农产品质量安全具有十分重要的意义。People＇s living level increasing improve with the rapid development of economy. The transition from how to solve the problem of food and clothing to pay more attention to food quality and safety has become more and more common. The food quality and safety of more than 70% of the total source of agricultural products is placed to an unprecedented position. Consequently, it is of great significance to protect the quality and safety of agricultural products by establishing perfect supervi- sion system of quality and safety of agricultural products.
