酶制剂在生猪健康养殖中的应用

摘　　要：我国作为世界第一生猪养殖大国,生猪养殖在畜牧业中占有举足轻重的地位。随着生猪养殖数量和规模的不断扩大,粪尿排放总量也相应增加。近年来,饲用酶制剂被人们广为认知和接受,并被广泛应用于生猪养殖过程中,在提高饲料利用率和提高生猪生产性能方面发挥重要作用。本文介绍了健康养殖和饲用酶制剂发展状况,综述了饲用酶制剂的作用机理、应用现状、限制饲用酶制剂发挥作用的因素等,并就当前的现状及问题提出相应的意见和解决措施,以实现生猪产业的健康发展。As the biggest nation of pig-breeding industry over the world, pig-breeding industry plays a vital role of animal husbandry in China. With the expansions of the number and scale of pig farming, the emission of fecaluria also increased. In recent years, enzyme preparation is widely recognized, accepted and applied into pig breeding, which plays an important role in improving the feed conversion ratio and production performance of pigs. In this article, the development situation of both healthy breeding and enzyme preparation was introduced. In addition, this paper also summarized the mechanism and application situation of enzyme preparation, and the factors that limit enzyme preparation to work, etc. Corresponding suggestions and measures were put forward according to the current situation and problems so as to achieve the healthy development of pig breeding.
