摘　　要：本文从胚胎移植的供体羊、受体羊的选择,移植时间、手术方法,冲胚移植过程及产前产后的护理等方面进行了详细的阐述,得出在羊的胚胎移植中应当注意的各个事项,可大大提高胚胎移植羊的受胎率,及供受体羊的利用率。This paper clearly illustrated some main points, such as the selection for donor sheep and receptor sheep during embryo transplantation, the transplantation method, surgical methods, the process of rushing embryo transplantation, prenatal and postnatal care etc. It was concluded that every matter should be paid attention to in the sheep embryo transplantation, which could greatly improve the pregnancy rate and the utilization of the donor and receptor sheep.
