摘　　要：近年来商业性矿产勘查项目质量参差不齐,针对这一现象,本文从分析矿产勘查项目成果验收模式入手,指出商业性矿产勘查项目质量监控程序及成果验收主体的缺失是导致其质量缺陷的原因之一。对此,本文提出在评审程序中引入独立第三方的野外验收程序,以对商业性矿产勘查项目的勘查工程、勘查工作量、原始资料进行第三方核查验收,补充商业性矿产勘查项目质量监控环节及验收主体的缺位。同时进一步对独立第三方核查工作的流程、原则、核查内容及方法进行探讨,并以两个典型案例为例,说明独立第三方核查工作的重要性。最后对完善商业性矿产勘查项目质量监控和成果验收提出建议,供业界同仁探讨。Recently,the quality of commercial mineral exploration projects varies in a wide range.To address this issue,this paper proceeds from analyzing the normal procedures of quality assessment in commercial mineral exploration project results,and then points out that the lack of monitoring process and department in charge is one of the reasons for the quality descending by years.In this paper,we introduce an independent tripartite procedure for field acceptance during the review process.It can secure formal verifications in exploration infrastructures,workloads and primary sources and will be an indispensable tool to monitor the quality of commercial mineral exploration projects.Meanwhile,we have a further discussion about the workflows,principles,contents and systems that would be followed by the independent third party while working.We demonstrate the importance of introduction of independent inspection party by using two typical cases as examples.At the end of this article,we make some suggestions to refine the procedures of quality monitoring and acceptance in commercial mineral exploration projects for the reference to the other colleagues.
