摘  要:司家营铁矿氧化矿流程中,SLon强磁和中磁机主要用于抛尾,其选别效果好坏直接影响最终回收率和下步选别过程。论文通过调整中磁机及强磁机激磁电流,分析不同电流条件下磁场强度及选别效果,确定了中磁机及强磁机最佳工作电流区间分别为600~800A和400~600A,此时,精矿品位和回收率均接近最高值。同时对精矿指标随磁选机电流变化的机理进行了分析,发现随中、强磁机激磁电流逐步增强,对微细粒级磁性矿物颗粒捕捉增强,在最佳工作电流区间附近精矿品位反而会上升并达到极大值。最佳电流区间的确定对稳定生产指标、节能降耗具有重要的意义。SLon high intensity and medium intensity magnetic separators are mainly used to tailings discarding in the oxidized ore processing flow of Si Jiaying iron mine.The separation efficiency of magnetic separators influence the recovery of final concentrate and following separation flow directly.In this paper,magnetizing current intensity was changed to investigate the separation efficiency and magnetic field intensity.The tests results indicated that the recommended current intensity range of high intensity and medium intensity magnetic separators was 400~600Aand 600~800A,respectively.At this time,the grade and recovery of concentrate was close to highest value.The mechanism of concentrate indexes which along with the changes of magnetizing current intensity was analyzed.The recovery of fine magnetic mineral particles increased with the increase of magnetizing current intensity,meanwhile,the grade of concentrate increased to the highest value when the magnetizing current intensity was closed to the recommended range.The optimization of recommended current intensity range was significant to the steady production and energy-saving and cost-reducing of Sijiaying iron mine.
