基于阴阳平衡的类风湿性关节炎中医疗法研究

摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿性关节炎采用免疫阴阳平衡抗风疗法治疗效果。方法本次选取我院骨科类风湿性关节炎50例,均收治于2013年6月—2014年6月,采用中医免疫阴阳平衡抗风疗法治疗,回顾预后,并与同期收治的常规西医治疗的50例患者展开对比。结果中医组50例类风湿性关节炎病例,32例治愈,13例显效,5例无效,总有效率经统计为90%,无严重不良反应发生。西医组治愈10例,显效21例,无效19例,总有效率为62%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论临床骨科类风湿性关节炎采用中医免疫阴阳平衡抗风疗法治疗,可显著改善预后,促使患者临床症状和体征消除,达到缓解关节肿痛、促使晨僵等不适消失的目的,且具较高安全性,对保障患者生存质量,提高远期成效意义显著。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of immune yin and yang balance wind resistant therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 50 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in orthopedics of our hospital were admitted from June 2013 to June 2014. They used Chinese medicine immune yin and yang balance wind resistant therapy. The prognosis was reviewed. They were compared with 50 patients treated with conventional Western medicine in the same period. Results Chinese medicine group of 50 patients had rheumatoid arthritis cases, 32 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90% by the statistics, and there were no serious adverse reactions. In the Western medicine group, 10 cases were cured, 21 cases were effective, 19 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 62% , and there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Clinical orthopedics rheumatoid arthritis patients used immune yin and yang balance wind resistant therapy which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients, promote the elimination of clinical symptoms and signs, relieve joint pain, morning stiffness and discomfort disappeared. It possessed a higher security, had significant meaning to ensure the quality of life of patients, and improved the long-term effect.
