自拟眩晕汤治疗眩晕肝阳上亢症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟眩晕汤治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕(椎基底动脉供血不足)的临床疗效。方法收集于2014年3月—2015年3月之间眩晕(椎基底动脉供血不足)肝阳上亢证患者50例。结果治愈30例,总有效率达88%。结论自拟眩晕汤治疗眩晕(椎基底动脉供血不足)肝阳上亢证有显著疗效。"眩晕者,中风之渐也。"希望能够引起人们对眩晕病的重视。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Xuanyun decoction＇in the treatment of vertigo of upper hyperactivity of liver yang （ vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency）. Methods 50 cases of patients with vertigo of upper hyperactivity of liver yang （ vertebro-hasilar artery insufficiency） from March 2014 to March 2015 March vertigo （ vertebrobasilar insufficiency） were collected. Results 30 cases were cured. The total effective rate was 88%. Conclusion The self-made Xuanyun decoction in the treatment of vertigo of upper hyperactivity of liver yang （vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency） has significant effect. ＂ Vertigo indicates gradual progress of stroke. ＂ We hope that can cause people to pay attention to the importance of vertigo.
