中医药治疗小儿脾胃虚寒证的研究进展

摘　　要：目的查阅近年来中医药治疗小儿脾胃虚寒证方面的相关文献,总结归纳近年中医药在小儿脾胃虚寒证的病因病机上的认识及在辨证论治、中医方剂、中成药、外治方法、中西医结合等方面的研究进展,通过分析、总结、归纳,了解目前国内小儿脾胃虚寒证的中医中药治疗现状,从而为中医中药治疗小儿脾胃虚寒证提供更多理论依据,为中医药治疗小儿脾胃虚寒证水平的提高提供帮助。方法对病因病机、辨证论治、中医方剂、中成药、外治方法、中西医结合等方面进行总结。结果分别从病因病机认识上及在辨证论治、中医方剂、中成药、外治方法、中西医结合等方面论述了小儿脾胃虚寒证的中医药研究进展,从而肯定中医药治疗小儿脾胃虚寒证的疗效。结论中医药治疗小儿脾胃虚寒证具有多途径、多环节的特点,应用的方法和药物丰富,治疗效果显著。Objective To access relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach in children in recent years, to summarize the traditional Chinese medicine in recent years on understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach in children, differentiation of symptoms and signs on the treatment and prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine, external treatment, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with other aspects of the research progress, through analysis, summarization and induction, to understand the status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the current domestic children with syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach, thus provide more theoretical basis and the help for the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach in children. Methods The etiology and pathogenesis of disease, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, Chinese medicine prescription, Chinese patent drug, external treatment method and therapy of integrated medicine, etc. were summarized. Results The research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach in children was summarized from etiology and pathogenesis of disease, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, Chinese medicine prescription, Chinese patent drug, external treatment method and therapy of integrated medicine. So that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach in children had definite effect. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach in children has the characteristics of multi way and multi link, rich application methods and drugs, and therapeutic effect was significant.
