摘　　要：对社区居民进行问卷调查,探讨用户通过医学院校图书馆获取健康信息的影响因素,为医学院校图书馆社会化服务提供参考和建议,结果表明影响因素包括距离、动机、环境、限制和时间,在此基础上提出解决措施,包括完善服务机制、发挥医学图书馆资源优势、建立以医学图书馆为中心的社区居民服务体系等方面。Through the questionnaire survey of community residents, the paper studies the factors influencing users＇ acquisition of health information from libraries in medical universities and colleges and provides reference and suggestions for socialized services of these libraries, As indicated by the results, the influencing factors include the distance, motivation, environment, limitation and time. On this basis, it proposes solutions, including the improvement of the service mechanism, the utilization of advantages of medical library resources and the establishment of the service system for community residents centering on medical libraries.
