中药复方子宫灌注液中盐酸小檗碱和丹酚酸B的质量控制

摘　　要：为了建立中药复方子宫灌注液的质量标准,采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对其中的黄连和丹参进行定性鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定黄连中盐酸小檗碱和丹参中丹酚酸B的含量。结果：薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;盐酸小檗碱含量测定的线性方程为Y=38553X-89683（r=0.9998）,进样量在4.1616-83.232μg/m L浓度范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.59%,RSD为0.70%;丹酚酸B含量测定的线性方程为Y=1×10^7X-80303（r=0.9999）,进样量在0.02952-1.476 mg/m L浓度范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.60%,RSD为1.86%;结论：该方法简便易行,专属性强,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。To establish the quality standard for traditional Chinese medicine compound uterine perfusate.TLC method was performedto identify Coptidis rhizoma and Salvia miltiorrhiza radix et rhizoma in traditional Chinese medicine compound uterine perfusate,andHPLC was used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride and salvianolic acid B.The spots of TLC were distinguished andclear and the negative control had no interference.The regression equation for determining berberine hydrochloride was Y=38553X-89683（r=0.9998）,and showed a good liner relationship within the range of 4.1616-83.232 μg/m L.The average recovery rate was 98.59%with RSD of 0.70%.The regression equation for determining salvianolic acid B was Y=1×10^7X-80303（r=0.9999）,and showed a goodliner relationship within the range of 0.02952-1.476 mg/m L.The average recovery rate was 98.60% with RSD of 1.86%.The methodsare simple and convenient with strong specificity and good repeatability,which could be used for the quality control of this preparation.
