摘　　要：文章从文献分析的角度对大学生择业行为相关的研究进行了梳理,并在文献分析的基础上,提出大学生择业行为受到择业认知、择业心态、择业社会资本、择业能力和择业环境等因素影响,并详细分析了各个因素对大学生择业行为的影响机理,最后得出大学生的择业认知和择业心态直接影响大学生的择业行为,其二者之间也会互相影响,而大学生的择业能力、择业社会资本和择业环境则分别通过影响大学生择业认知和择业心态从而影响到大学生的择业行为,构建了大学生择业行为影响因素的基本框架。From the angle of literature analysis,this paper analyzes the studies of college students＇ career choosing behavior,and puts forward the opinion that college students＇ career choosing behavior is affected by career choosing cognition,career choosing mentality,career choosing social capital,career choosing ability and career choosing environment,and analyzes the mechanism of the influence of various factors on the college students＇ career choosing behavior,finally it is concluded that college students＇ career choosing mentality and cognition directly affect college students＇ career choosing behavior,and the two factors influence one another,and college students＇ career choosing ability,career choosing social capital and career choosing environment affect college students＇ career choosing behavior by influencing college students＇ career choosing cognition and career choosing mentality respectively,and the basic framework of the factors that affect college students＇ career choosing behavior is built.
