摘　　要：随着高等教育的普及,越来越多的青少年踏入了大学的校门,但随后大学生的就业问题也成为了社会各方面所高度关注的问题。文章针对高校中对学生职业生涯规划教育这方面的问题进行论述,从而使高校以及学生自身认识到就业问题并不是毕业才要面对的问题,而是贯穿整个大学教育期间的问题,及时认识问题并尽早对自己今后职业生涯进行规划,才能提高大学生自身的综合素质,提高就业能力。With the popularization of higher education,more and more teenagers enter into university school,then the problem of employment of college students has become an urgent problem in society.This paper discusses problems in students＇ career planning education in colleges and universities.Students in colleges and universities should make career plan early in order to improve the comprehensive quality of college students as well as students＇ employment ability.
