中西医结合防治剖宫产产后出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探究益母草注射液与缩宫素结合使用于防治剖宫产产后出血的效果和安全性。方法：以我院2014年5月～2015年12月进行剖宫产术的产妇278例为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组141例，观察组137例。对照组单独使用缩宫素，观察组则将益母草注射液与缩宫素结合使用。结果：对照组和观察组治疗的总有效率分别为77.30%和95.62%，且观察组出血天数更少，不良反应发生率更低，差异均具有统计意义（P＜0.05）。结论：益母草注射液与缩宫素结合使用于防治剖宫产产后出血效果良好，且能保证安全性，应当在临床工作中广泛使用。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section combined with motherwort injection and oxytocin.Methods 278 cases of maternals with cesarean section in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2015 were selected as a clinical study, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group includes 141 cases, were treated only with Oxytocin. The observation group includes 137 cases, were treated with Motherwort injection and Oxytocin.Results The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group were 77.30% and 95.62% respectively. The Observation group has less bleeding days, and lower incidence of adverse reaction （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion It has a good effect to prevent and treat postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section, and this method can ensure the safety, so it should be widely used in clinical work.
