关节镜下囊肿切除半月板修复术治疗半月板囊肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下囊肿切除半月板修复术治疗半月板囊肿的疗效。方法 2010年1月-2014年1月,26例半月板囊肿患者,囊肿位于外侧半月板体部10例,前角6例,内侧半月板体部7例,前角3例。其中半月板水平状撕裂16例,纵形撕裂6例,盘状半月板并水平撕裂4例。所有患者均在关节镜下切除囊肿,囊肿切除后缝合修复半月板。结果所有病例随访16-43个月,平均22.3个月。所有病例疼痛,交锁,包块等症状均明显改善。膝关节功能评分采用Lysholm评分,术前为（77.64±3.75）分,术后3月时（92.65±3.45）分,术后6月时为（93.25±4.17）分,术后15月时为（94.77±3.93）分,术前与术后3月,6月及15月时相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈P〈0.05）。术后3月与6月及15月时相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉P〈0.05）。术后3月,6月及15月随访时应用GLASOW评分评价疗效,均为优23例,良3例。结论关节镜下半月板修复术治疗半月板囊肿创伤小,功能恢复快,效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic cystectomy and meniscus suture repair for meniscal cyst.Methods Between January 2010 and January 2014, a total of 26 patients with meniscus cyst, including 16 cases layered meniscus rupture, 6 cases longitudinal meniscus rupture, 4 cases of discoid meniscus with layered rupture. There were16 meniscus cyst in the lateral meniscus, 10 in the body and 6 in the anterior part. 10 meniscus cyst in the medial meniscus,7 in the body and 3 in the anterior part. All patients were treated by arthroscopic cystectomy and meniscus suture repair.Results All patients were followed up for 16 to 43 months, with an average of 22.3 months. The pain, cyst and other symptoms were improved. The mean Lysholm score were（92.65± 3.45）,（93.25 ± 4.17） and（94.77±3.93） at 3,6 and15 months after operation which significantly increased compared with preoperative（77.64±3.75）,（ P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between 3,6 and 15 months after operation. The GLASOW score was used to evaluate the efficacy, excellent in 23 cases, good in 3 cases when 3,6 and 15 months after operation. Conclusion Arthroscopic cystectomy and meniscus suture repair for meniscal cyst has mini-trauma, rapid recovery, so it＇s a good and effective method for treat meniscal cyst.
