摘 要:贵州省地处我国西南部,农业基础条件落后,贫困人口众多,粮食安全问题令人关注。为明确贵州省的粮食安全状况,保障贵州省的粮食安全,从粮食生产资源、粮食供给量和稳定性、粮食获取能力等3个方面选取15项指标,构建贵州省的粮食安全评价体系;运用熵值法,对1998—2014年贵州省的粮食安全状况进行定量评价。结果表明:尽管贵州省粮食供给量和稳定性较低,但贵州省粮食安全水平总体是上升的;财政支农支出、道路密集度、人均耕地面积和有效灌溉面积是影响贵州省粮食安全的主要因素。Guizhou province is located in the southwest of China. The agricultural conditions of Guizhou province is backward,poor population is large,and its food security problem is worthy of attention. In order to understand the situation of food security in Guizhou province,we selected 16 indicators from 3 aspects including food production resources,food availability and stability,and food acquisition ability to construct the evaluation system of food security in Guizhou province. The paper used the entropy method to determine the weight of each index. The results showed that although the food supply and stability was relatively low,but the level of food security in Guizhou province was on the rise. Fiscal expenditure,road density,effective irrigation area and per capita land area ratio were the main factors affecting food security in Guizhou province.
