摘  要:程潮铁矿目前采用充填采矿法回采保安矿柱,无底柱分段崩落采矿法回采其余矿体的联合开采方案。由于充填采矿法成本较高,随着铁矿石价格的大幅下跌,该矿急需寻求采矿生产成本低,企业经济效益好的采矿方案。采用集对分析法,选取典型的技术经济指标作为评价的指标体系,对联合开采方案进行了优化。通过分析计算,得出了既满足地表安全要求,又获得良好经济效益的联合开采方案,将保安矿柱岩层移动角从62°增大到66°,从而在保证安全生产的前提下,降低采矿成本,减少矿石的损失贫化率,提高生产效率,给企业带来了较好的经济效益和社会效益。Chengchao Iron Mine introduces the combined mining scheme of cut-and-fill stoping method to recover safety pillar in ore processing plant and bottomless pillar sublevel caving mining method to recover the rest of ore body.As the cut-and-fill stoping method has high costs and iron ore prices fell sharply,Chengchao Iron Mine need to seek a mining method with low cost of production and high economic performance.The paper uses set pair analysis method(SPA),selecting typical technical and economical indexes as the evaluation index system and optimizing the combined mining scheme.The combined mining scheme is obtained by analysis and calculation,which meets the requirements of the surface safety and has good economic performance.The rock movement angle of safety pillar increases from 62°to 66°,the costs of production are reduced and the loss of ore dilution rate is dropped with improvement of work efficiency and generation of good economic performance and social benefits for the enterprise.
