摘 要:以癸酸作为相变材料,分别将癸酸放在空心砌块左侧和右侧的孔隙中,将不同构造的相变砌块砌筑成墙体,通过变温热箱法对普通砌块墙体和不同构造的相变砌块墙体进行实验,对比不同构造的相变砌块墙体的传热性能及节能性,确定相变材料在砌块中的最佳摆放位置。研究表明:相变砌块墙体内表面温度波幅的衰减倍数是普通砌块墙体的3.8~4.4倍,其内表面温度波幅的延迟倍数是普通砌块墙体的8~12倍,衰减和延迟现象较普通砌块墙体显著;通过普通砌块墙体内表面的热流密度是通过相变砌块墙体内表面热流密度的3.0~3.9倍,与将相变材料放在靠近室内侧的孔隙中的砌块墙体相比,将相变材料放在靠近室外侧的孔隙中的砌块墙体,传热性能差,节能性好。Decanoic acid as phase change material( PCM) was used in the hollow block pore on left and right sides, respectively. Two kinds of PCM block walls with different structures were prepared.Experiments with varying temperature hot box on the ordinary block wall and PCM block walls with different structures were done.The thermal performance and the energy saving effects on the PCM block walls were analyzed,and the best place to put PCM was determined. Results showed that the weaken of inner surface temperatures of PCM block walls was 3. 8-4. 4 times as many as the ordinary block wall,the detention of the inner surface temperature of PCM block walls was 8-12 times as many as the ordinary block wall,the weaken and detention phenomena of the inner surface temperature of PCM block walls were more significant than the ordinary block wall; the thermal flows of the inner surface of the ordinary block wall was 3. 0-3. 9 times as many as the PCM block walls. Compared with PCM block wall putting PCM on the near side of low temperature on block wall,the PCM block wall putting PCM on the near side of the high temperature on the block wall had worse thermal performance and better energy saving effect.
