摘　　要：平台培养模式是高校提高人才培养质量的创新之路。将全程就业指导体系的目标和内容分阶段细化以后,融入到公共基础平台、学科基础平台、专业平台、专业提高和实践平台中去,使就业指导贯穿大学教育全过程,实现通识教育与专业教育融合、理论与实践融合,培养和造就满足社会需求的"厚基础、强能力、高素质、善创新"的合格人才。Platform training model is the innovative way of improving talent training quality in colleges and universities.
