摘 要:选用三氯化铁溶液、固相粉末(石灰∶HAS固化剂=1∶1)为污泥脱水改性剂,采用中心复合设计(CCDs)法设计实验,对改性剂的最佳配方进行实验研究。以污泥的含水率和SRF为响应值,借助实验设计软件Design Expert,对药剂的最佳投配比例进行优化设计。并通过对比和分析实验数据和扫描电镜图,对污泥改性脱水机理进行分析。得出氯化铁和固相粉末的最佳的投配比是氯化铁4.95%、固相粉末(石灰∶HAS固化剂=1∶1)16.50%。其反应机理是氯化铁溶液在改性脱水体系中,起到了有效的絮凝作用;固体粉末在改性脱水体系中,起到了骨架支撑和构建复合絮凝体的作用,有效改善了污泥的机械脱水能力。The including agents were Fe Cl3 solution and solid powder with lime ∶HAS stabilizer as 1 ∶1 for modification of sludge. Central composite designs were used for experimental designs,which could be analysed to obtain an optimal adding percentage. The method of central composite design was adopted to optimize the best ratio of agent with the aid of a kind of experimental design software,named Design Expert. SRF and water content of sludge were the response value. And then,the mechanism of chemical condition and sludge dewatering were analyzed by comparing all the experimental data and the photos of scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Based on the research,the best formula of the adding agent is 4.95% ferric chloride solution,16.50% solid powder(lime∶HAS stabilizer =1∶1). The reaction mechanism is that the ferric chloride solution as an effective flocculation in the modified dehydration system,the frame and composite flocculation particle are built by the solid powder. Both of the agents improve the performance of the sludge dewatering effectively.
