摘 要:以废塑料瓶为原料制备了未改性束状填料和低温等离子体改性(LTPM)束状填料,分析了2种填料的性能;并将2种填料用于生物膜反应器处理生活污水,研究了其去污能力。AFM分析结果表明,低温等离子体改性明显增加了塑料表面的粗糙度;FTIR及亲水性分析结果表明,低温等离子体改性后,在废塑料表面引入了羰基、羟基等亲水性基团,塑料表面的亲水性明显增强。挂膜时,改性填料上生物膜厚度和生物膜量明显大于未改性填料。含改性填料的生物膜反应器对污水中COD和氨氮的去除效果,明显优于含未改性填料的生物膜反应器。研究既有效处理了污水,又可实现固体废物的资源化利用,研究成果具有一定的推广应用价值。Unmodified sarciniform packing and LTPM sarciniform packing were prepared using waste plastic bottle as raw material. The properties of two kinds of packing were studied. And the decontamination capability of two kinds of packing was researched when they were used in biofilm reactor to treat wastewater. AFM analysis showed that low temperature plasma modification could obviously increase the roughness of plastic surface. FTIR and hydrophilism analysis indicated that hydrophilic group carbonyl and hydroxyl were produced on the surface of waste plastic after low temperature plasma modification,and the hydrophilism of plastic surface enhanced clearly. Biofilm thickness and biomass on modified packing were more than unmodified packing in biofilm forming test. The removal efficiencies of COD and NH4+-N in the biofilm reactor packed LTPM filler are more than unmodified filler. In this study,wastewater was treated efficiently. Moreover waste plastic was used as packing. The research results were valuable for popularization of plastic waste.
