摘　　要：从信息生态视角构建出政务微信公众号用户持续使用意愿的影响因素体系,然后运用DEMATEL方法对所有可能影响政务微信用户持续使用意愿的因素进行关联性分析。根据综合影响指数排名,识别出影响政务微信公众号用户持续使用意愿的主要因素,并据此提出若干提升用户持续使用意愿的建议和对策。This paper constructed the influencing factor system of government WeChat users＇ continued using intention from the perspective of information ecology, and then used the DEMATEL method to analyze all the factors that may affect the users＇ continued using intention. According to the comprehensive influence index ranking of all factors, the authors identified the main factors, and put forward some suggestions on promotina users＇ continued usina intention.
