摘　　要：耐超高温陶瓷纤维作为复合材料的增强体,打破了传统材料的局限性,在航空航天、军事、机械等领域的应用需求日趋增加,因此笔者着重对几种常用耐超高温陶瓷纤维,即耐高温SiC,Si3N4,BN,SiBNC纤维的制备研究进行了详细叙述。As the reinforcement of composite materials, ultra high temperature ceramic fibers break the limitations of tradi- tional materials, and can be applied in aerospace, military, machinery and other industries with the increasing demands. In this paper, preparation of several kinds of ultra high temperature ceramic fibers （SIC, Sia N4 , BN, SiBNC） was reviewed.
