摘　　要：便器用重力式冲水装置作为便器的核心部位,是最常见的自动控制水箱进排水的洁具配件,业内称之为"马桶心脏",主要包括进水阀、排水阀和冲洗水箱3类产品。笔者主要对重力式冲水装置综合试验机的软件进行了部分改进与创新,使得模拟量数据采集能够进行实时监控并自动记录,大大提高了工作效率,实现了无纸化试验。As core part of the gravity water flushing devices, automatic control is the most common water tank into the drainage of the sanitary ware accessories, the industry is called ＂the heart＂ toilet, mainly by the inlet valve, drain valve and the button. This article mainly discusses the gravity flush device integrated tester software on some of the improvement and innovation, enables the analog data acquisition to real--time monitoring and automatic recording, greatly improving the work efficiency, to achieve the paperless test.
