摘　　要：高校图书馆数据库单一来源采购监管体系存在诸多问题,文章在调研宁波大学园区图书馆数据库单一来源采购实践操作的基础上,分析图书馆在数据库单一采购流程中监管工作中存在的不足,并针对当前监管体系提出可行性建议。There are many problems about the procurement way of single-source negotiation of database in university library. Based on the practical operation of Ningbo University Zone Library, this article analyzes the disadvantage of the supervision with process of procurement way of single-source negotiation in library, and also proposes some related suggestions for the current regulation system.
