摘　　要：为适应纷繁复杂的经济形势,助力企业集团的快速发展,财务公司也逐步深入涉足资本市场,但投资品种少、投资范围小成为制约财务公司投资业务发展的首要问题。如何拓宽投资渠道,在既要保证流动性、又要兼顾收益性的前提下,采取多样化金融创新模式,给企业集团财务公司提出了更高的要求。目前许多大型企业集团财务公司已相继获批并开展有价证券投资业务,其投资收益已逐渐成为企业的重要利润来源。近年来随着经济体制改革的进一步深化,资本市场的改革特别是注册制改革也呼之欲出,文章对财务公司如何面临新股发行制度的改革、在改革中可能会面临的一些问题进行深入探讨。In order to adapt to the complicated economic situation, and boost the rapid development of enterprise groups, financial companies have gradually deeply involved in capital market. Less investment varieties, limited range of investment category has become the most important problem restricting development of investment business of finance companies. How to broaden the investment channels？ Under the premise of ensuring flowability and profitability, the enterprise adopts diversified financial innovation model which puts forward higher requirements to the finance companies. At present, many large finance companies have been approved and conducted security investment business. Its investment income has gradually become a major profit sourcefor enterprises, which has brought considerable economic benefits to the enterprise. In recent years, with the further economic system and the capital market system reform, especially the registration system reform is almost certain. How to face the IPO system change and some of the problems that financial companies may face in the reform are discussed.
