摘  要:试验选用1日龄商品肉鸡,随机分为2组,对照组喂以基础日粮,试验组在对照组的基础上添加0.1%的酵母多糖,试验期7周,2组均在相同的饲养管理条件下进行。结果表明,试验组肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能均有显著影响,与对照组相比,肉鸡平均日增重提高了6.74 g(P<0.05),料重比降低了0.12(P<0.05),死淘率降低了3.33%。试验组胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊质量分别比对照组提高25.31%、21.74%、9.26%,差异显著。新城疫、禽流感抗体效价水平均有显著提高。Studies were conducted on effects of yeast polysaccharide on production performance and immunity in broiler chicken at different supplement dosages. 1-day old chickens were selected and assigned randomly into two groups. The control group was fed with basal diet.In the experimental group, on the basis of the control group added 0.1% yeast polysaccharide. The test period is 7 weeks;and two groups were conducted under the same feeding and management conditions. The results showed that yeast polysaccharide at different supplement dosages had significant effects on production performance and immunity of broiler chicken. Compared with the control group, The death rate reduced 3.33%, respectively. Quality in the thymus, spleen and bursa of tabricius were higher than that of control group by 25.31% ( P 〈 0.05 ), 21.74% (P 〈 0.05 ) and 9.26% (P 〈 0.05 ) respectively.
