摘　　要：船舶融资租赁越来越引起人们的关注,不仅在于它将融资与融物合为一体,从而满足了经营者的经营需求,也在于它自身运行中所带来的困惑和合同履行中所出现的问题。从船舶融资租赁形式的典型性与非典型性的关系、船舶融资租赁法律关系的多样性与统一性的关系、船舶融资租赁法律适用的一般性与特殊性的关系、船舶融资租赁合同的关联性与独立性的关系等几个基本关系角度,对船舶融资租赁法律制度进行了分析,以探求解决船舶融资租赁实务和司法实践中具体问题的基本原则。Shipping finance lease has received increasing concern not only because it combines finance funds and assets to satisfy the business needs of the operators but also because it brings about contractual and practical confusions. This essay analyses the basic legal relationships in the legal system of shipping finance lease the following perspectives： the relationship between the typicality and atypicality of the shipping finance lease,the relationship between the diversity and uniformity of the legal relations of shipping finance lease,the relationship between generality and specialty of the legal application of shipping finance lease,and the relationship between relevance and independence of shipping finance lease contract.
