摘　　要：《尚书》是我国最为古老的文献典籍之一,在中国文化史和学术史上占有极为重要的地位。《尚书》素称难治,近十年来,《尚书》学研究领域亦出现了四大热点:"晚书"真伪问题的再争鸣;借助出土资料来研究《尚书》的有关问题;博士论文多维度地研究《尚书》;国际《尚书》学会提供了相关的研究平台。Shangshu or the Book of History is one of the most ancient books and records of China and it enjoys great significance in Chinese cultural and academic history.It is known to be intractable.In recent decade,four focuses emerged in the research on it：the re-contention of the authenticity of ＂late book＂;the study on issues of Shangshu using unearthed materials;the increased doctoral dissertations on Shangshu;the establishment of the international academy of Shangshu.
