摘 要:通过对6根HRB500E高强抗震钢筋高钛重矿渣混凝土梁和3根HRB335普通钢筋高钛重矿渣混凝土梁进行正截面抗弯性能试验,以钢筋、混凝土强度等级为变量,研究最受关注的高强抗震钢筋高钛重矿渣梁荷载作用下的开裂变形问题。结果表明:在混凝土强度、配筋都相同的情况下,HRB500E高强抗震钢筋高钛重矿渣混凝土梁的开裂弯矩、极限弯矩比普通梁高,屈服弯矩接近于普通梁;随着混凝土强度提高,最大裂缝宽度受钢筋强度的影响不甚明显;随着纵筋率的增加,裂缝宽度得到明显约束。较之普通梁,HRB500E高强抗震钢筋高钛重矿渣混凝土梁的裂缝开展分布较均匀,裂缝条数相对较多,平均裂缝和最大裂缝宽度更大。在试验数据基础上,提出更适合于该种钢筋混凝土梁最大裂缝宽度修正公式,弥补了现有公式的不足。本项目研究为高强抗震钢筋在高钛重矿渣混凝土工程结构中的推广应用提供了有益参考。Through the bending tests on the normal sections of 6 HRB500 E high-strength anti-seismic steel bar high-titanium heavy-slag concrete beams and 3 HRB335 normal steel bar high-titanium heavy-slag concrete beams,the most concerned issue of high-strength anti-seismic steel bar high-titanium heavy-slag beams' cracking and deformation is study by taking the strength parameters of steel bar and the strength grade of concrete as the variables. The results show that when the strength of the concrete and the reinforcing bars are the same,the cracking moment and the ultimate bending moment of HRB500 E high-strength anti-seismic steel bar high-titanium heavyslag concrete beams are higher than that of normal beams,while its yield moment is close to that of normal beams; with the increase of concrete strength,the maximum crack width is not significantly affected by the strength of the steel bars; with the increase of longitudinal reinforcement ratio,the crack width is obviously restrained. Compared with ordinary beams,HRB500 E high-strength antiseismic steel bar high-titanium heavy-slag concrete beams have more uniform distribution of cracks developing,larger number of cracks,larger average crack width and maximum crack width,belong to typical normal section damage. Based on the experimental data,the more appropriate formula for calculating the maximum crack width of steel reinforced concrete beams is put forward,which makes up for the deficiency of the existing formula. The results provide a useful reference for the popularization and application of highstrength anti-seismic steel bar in hightitanium heavy-slag concrete structure.
