摘 要:目前,农村居住用房、基础与公共服务设施用房绝大部分都是砌体结构房屋,大多未经正规设计和施工,安全性能和抗震性能普遍较差。本文以河北省某农村一单层坡屋顶砌体结构房屋为例,依据相关规范和标准,通过外观检测、构件材料强度检测、振动测试等检测手段,对其安全性和抗震性能进行了检测。结合PKPM软件的验算,对其安全性和抗震性能进行了鉴定,并对鉴定结果进行分析,提出简要的处理建议。At present,the vast majority of residential buildings and buildings for infrastructure and public service facilities in rural areas of China are masonry structures. Almost without formal design and construction,the safety performance and seismic performance of these buildings are generally poor. In this paper,a rural single slope roof masonry structure is taken as an example,according to the relevant standards and codes in Chinese,the safety and seismic performance of the building are detected by means of appearance detection,member material strength tests,vibration test and so on. Combined with the checking computation by PKPM software,the safety and seismic performance of the building are identified. At last,the identification results are analyzed and some brief treatments suggestions are put forward.
