摘  要:以和顺新村生态移民住宅为研究对象,采用时程分析法对结构进行抗震性能分析。采用Block Lanczos法对结构进行模态分析,得到结构的自振周期、频率等固有振动特性。在多遇地震作用下结构安全可靠的前提下,本文对结构进行罕遇地震作用下的抗震分析,沿结构纵横两向分别输入三条经过调幅的地震波进行时程分析,得到结构的位移和加速度响应。结果表明:结构纵向刚度略小于横向刚度,扭转效应不明显,结构平面布置合理;边开间响应大于中间开间,结构性能相对薄弱,山墙中部墙体响应最大是整个结构最薄弱的部位;层间位移角符合相关限值要求,满足"大震不倒"的抗震设防标准;加速度放大系数较小,地震作用放大效果不明显,抗震性能良好。研究结果可为农村类似住宅的建造、改造及抗震性能评价提供技术参考。Taking the ecological migration housing in Heshunxin Village as the research object,the structural seismic performance under rare earthquake is discussed by time-history analysis method. Through modal analysis by using Block Lanczos method,the structural dynamic parameters and the mode characteristics are obtained. Based on structural safety under small earthquake,the structural seismic performance under rare earthquake is anlayzed,and three adjusted earthquake waves are input along both transverse and longitudinal directions,the structural displacement and acceleration response are derived by structural elastic-plastic time history analysis under a great earthquake. The results show that the structure of the longitudinal stiffness is slightly smaller than the lateral stiffness,the torsion effect is not obvious,the structual plane layout is reasonable. The structural response of edge room is bigger than the middle room's,the structure performance is relatively weak,and the central gable wall is the weakest part of the whole structure. Inter story displacement angle is less than the relevant limit requirements and it meets the"structure does not fall under rare earthquake"of seismic fortification criterion. Acceleration amplification coefficient is small,and earthquake amplification effect is not obvious,seismic performance is good. The results of the study can provide technical reference for the construction,renovation and seismic performance evaluation of rural similar residential.
