摘 要:采用碱化稻秆作为吸附剂对溶液中的Cr(Ⅵ)进行吸附研究,室温下考察了吸附时间、p H、碱化稻秆用量、Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度及粒径等因素对吸附性能的影响。结果表明,碱化稻秆具有吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的能力,且适宜的吸附条件为:吸附t为2 h,p H为2,碱化稻秆用质量为1.5 g,Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度为20 mg/L及粒径为250μm,吸附率可达90%以上。吸附等温线和动力学表明,Langmuir和Freundlich等温式能较好地描述碱化稻秆对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附平衡,准二级动力学方程能较好地反映该吸附动力学,即吸附主要是单分子层的化学优惠吸附。碱化稻秆用来处理低浓度含Cr(Ⅵ)电镀废水,既可治理环境污染,又可以提高综合经济效益,有良好的应用前景。Alkaline rice straw was employed to adsorb Cr( Ⅵ ) in aqueous solution. The effects of adsorp- tion time ,pH ,alkaline rice straw dosage,initial concentration of Cr( Ⅵ ) and particle size on the adsorp- tion performance were investigated. The results showed that at room temperature, when adsorption time was 2 h, pH was 2, alkaline rice straw dosage was 1.5 g, initial concentration of Cr( Ⅵ ) was 20 mg/L and par- ticle size was 250 p.m, the adsorption rate of Cr( Ⅵ ) was more than 90%. Adsorption isotherm and kinet- ics dynamics showed that,the adsorption isotherm of Cr( Ⅵ ) onto alkaline rice straw was fitted well with Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm model, and adsorption kinetics followed quasi-second dynamic equa- tion, which implied that the adsorption was a chemically preferential adsorption process of monomolecular layer. Alkaline rice straw was a potential biosorbent which could be used in Cr ( Ⅵ ) wastewater treat- ment. This method not only can control environmental pollution, but also can improve the comprehensive economic benefits, and it had a good application prospect.
