摘  要:提出了流动注射在线萃取非水介质汞蒸气还原 -原子荧光光谱法测定土壤样品中痕量汞的新方法。将汞萃取到[KI +HNO3+ (NH2 ) 2 CS] /TBP有机相中 ,NaBH4 溶于N ,N 二甲基甲酰胺 (DMF)中 ,将非水介质中汞还原产生的汞蒸气导入石英炉中 ,进行原子荧光测定。方法的检出限 (K =3 )为 0 0 5ng/mL ,RSD为 5 2 %。应用本法测定土壤标准样品中痕量汞 。A new method of determining trace mercury in soil by atomic fluorescence spectrometry combined with mercury vapour reduction and flow injection on line extraction technique had been developed mercury was extracted into organic phase[KI+HNO 3+(NH 2) 2CS]/TBP,mercury in the non aqueous medium was reduced by NaBH 4[dissolved in N,N dimethyl formamide(DMF)] into gaseous meroury, which was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry in quartz stove The detection limit(K=3)was 0 05ng/mL The RSD was 5 2% The results for determining trace mercury in standard soil sample were satisfactoty
