摘　　要：2015年美国内分泌学会（ ACE）、美国临床内分泌医师协会（ AACE）、欧洲糖尿病研究协会（ EASD）、中国中华医学会内分泌病学分会、美国糖尿病学会（ ADA）、美国糖尿病教育者协会（ AADE）、美国营养与饮食学会（ AND）等学术组织就糖尿病及其相关并发症发布了一系列的指南和声明。关于降糖药物的选择、糖尿病自我管理教育及支持、血压血脂要求和用药选择、降糖药物的疗效和不良反应等内容有新的建议和推荐。上述内容对于糖尿病的临床诊断和治疗具有重要的指导意义，对此本文进行了综述。In 2015, American College of Endocrinology （ ACE）, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists （ AACE ） , European Association for the Study of Diabetes （ EASD ） , Chinese Society of Endocrinology, American Diabetes Association （ ADA ） , American Association of Diabetes Educators （ AADE ） , Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics（AND）, etc. published several guidelines and statements on diabetes and its complications. The selection of hypoglycemic drugs, diabetes self-management education and support, the characteristics of blood pressure and blood lipid, the efficacy and adverse reaction of hypoglycemic drugs were also suggested and recommended. These guidelines and statements will play key roles in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus, which is reviewed in this article.
