摘 要:【目的】比较不同扦插影响因素,对平欧杂种榛插穗生根性状的影响,筛选出适宜在新疆干旱区嫩枝扦插的处理组合。【方法】通过L27(36)正交试验法,研究基质、品种、激素种类、激素浓度、插穗长度和激素处理时间对生根性状的影响。【结果】影响嫩枝扦插生根率的因素由高到低排序:插穗长度>激素处理时间>激素浓度>品种>基质>激素种类;影响插穗萌芽率由高到低排序:激素处理时间>插穗长度>激素浓度>基质>激素种类>品种,其中插穗长度和激素处理时间对生根率和萌芽率均有显著影响。【结论】基质为草炭土,品种为新榛3号,插穗长度为5 cm,经1 500 mg/L的IBA处理10 s,生根率和萌芽率分别为81.67%和60%。[ Objective] This research aims to compare the different kinds of cutting factors on the influence of the Corylus heterophylla Fisch. × Corylus avellana L. cuttings rooting characters and select the appropriate softwood cutting processing combination in arid areas in Xinjiang. [ Method ] By L27 ( 36 ) orthogonal test, study matrix, variety, hormone type, hormone concentration, length and time influence of cutting traits. [Result] The order of cutting factors influence on rooting rate from high to low was: length 〉 time 〉 hormone concentration 〉 variety 〉 matrix 〉 hormone type. Bud rate from high to low order was: time 〉 length 〉 hormone concentration 〉 matrix 〉 hormone type 〉 variety. The cutting length and time significantly affected rooting rate and bud rate. [ Conclusion ] The matrix was tufty soil, the variety was new hazel three, and the length was 25 era, by the 1,500 mg/L IBA treatment 10 s, rooting rate and germination rate, were 81.67% and 60%, respectively.
