摘 要:【目的】评价心率阈训练法对青年伊犁马日常速步训练效果,为科学指导伊犁马速步训练提供理论依据。【方法】6匹伊犁马经8周个体心率阈法训练前后,测定马匹个体心率阈、心率阈走速、最大心率,1 000 m测试赛各阶段血液生化指标,并对上述指标进行差异性分析。【结果】经过8周心率阈训练法训练后1 000 m成绩显著提高(P<0.05)。训练前血浆LAC、ALT、LDH浓度测试赛各阶段均无显著性差异(P>0.05),经8周心率阈训练法训练后赛后即刻LAC浓度相比赛前极显著升高(P<0.01),AST、LDH浓度显著升高(P<0.05);训练前后测试赛各阶段血浆AST、CK、Ca2+与CREA浓度均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。训练后ALT浓度赛后即刻极显著高于训练前(P<0.01),AST浓度显著高于训练前(P<0.05);CK赛前浓度水平训练后显著低于训练前(P<0.05);LDH浓度赛后15 min、30 min显著高于训练前。【结论】心率阈训练法可用于指导伊犁马速步训练;生化指标LAC、ALP、AST、CK与LDH可作为马匹性能提高的评价指标。【Objective】To evaluate the effect of heart rate threshold method on the daily trot training of young Yili horses,and provide a scientific theoretical guidance for the Yili horse's trot training.【Method】The physiological indexes of heart rate threshold,threshold speed,maximum heart rate and blood biochemical indexes of Yili horses at each stage of the 1,000 m test race were tested at the beginning and end of 8 weeks heart rate threshold method trot training. The data were analyzed by ANOVA at the each stage.【Result】The results indicated that the test result of 1,000 meters was significantly improved after 8 weeks heart rate threshold method trot training( P〈0. 05) Before training there were no significant differences in plasma levels of LAC,ALT and LDH( 〉〈0. 05),and after 8 weeks of heart rate threshold method training,the concentration of LAC was much higher immediately after the game( P〈0. 01),LDH and AST were significantly higher immediately after the game( P〈0. 05). There were no significant differences in plasma levels of AST,CK,Ca2 +and CREA at the each stage before and after training test( P〉0. 05). After the training,the concentration of ALT was significantly higher immediately after the test( P〈0. 01),the AST concentration was significantly higher than that before the training( P〈0. 05),the static level of CK was significantly decreased( P〈0. 05),and the LDH concentration was significantly higher after 15 min and 30 min.【Conclusion】Heart rate threshold training method can be used to guide the Yili horse trot training; LAC,ALP,AST,CK and LDH can be used as the evaluation indexes of the performance of these horses.
