摘　　要：近年来两岸经济制度化合作取得了初步成效,但两岸经贸活动正常化与自由化进展缓慢,影响到两岸经济制度化合作的成效与动力。这既有两岸政治经济结构性矛盾等客观层面的因素,更有认知问题、合作理念偏差、保护主义与歧视性做法等主观层面的原因。因此,要提升两岸经济制度化合作成效,有必要正确认知经济关系与政治关系的关系,调整两岸经济合作理念,加快两岸经济活动自由化,拓展两岸经济合作领域,推进两岸产业对接合作与融合发展。The cross-Strait economic institutional cooperation in recent years have achieved some effects, but the slow progress of normalization and liberalization of cross-Strait economic activity limits the cooperation effects and dynamics. Those results have been made not only by objective factors such as cross-Strait political and economic structures, but also by subjective factors such as perspectives and ideas about cooperation, protection and discrimination against the Chinese mainland. Therefore, to improve the cooperation effects, it is necessary to recognize the relationship between economic relationship and political relationship, to adjust the cross-Strait economic cooperation ideas, to speed up the cross-Strait economic liberalization, to develop the cross-Strait economic cooperation fields, to advance the cross-Strait industrial cooperation and integration.
