摘　　要：心脏是高度耗能的器官,线粒体提供给心肌90％的能量.线粒体功能紊乱对心肌的影响极大,而稀有人参皂苷具有多种生物活性,对改善心肌胰岛素抵抗具有重要意义.The heart is a highly energy-consuming organ, mitochondria provide 90% of the energy. To myocardial mitochondrial dysfunction is great, the influence of the rare ginseng saponin has many biological activities, is of great significance to improve the myocardial insulin resistance.
