肺隔离症1例诊治文献检索

摘　　要：目的：提高对肺隔离症的认识和诊疗水平。方法：回顾分析2015年12月遵义医学院附属医院收治的1例肺隔离症患者的临床特征及诊疗经过，并以“肺隔离症”为检索词检索PubMed检索系统、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SINOMED）、中国知网（CNKI）及万方数据资源系统，结合病例及相关检索文献进行分析。结果：25岁男患，以咳嗽、咳痰、发热、胸痛为首发症状入院，当地医院行胸部CT平扫提示右下肺炎、右下肺包块，后就诊于我院经胸部CT平扫＋增强确诊为右下肺肺隔离症（叶内型）并感染，经抗感染治疗后，症状好转，肺部感染控制可，外科会诊建议进一步行手术治疗，患者及家属拒绝手术治疗并要求签字出院。结论：肺隔离症是一种少见的先天性肺发育异常，临床表现不典型，容易漏诊和误诊，临床医师应提高对该病的认识，重视影像学检查，以早期诊治。Objective Improve the level of understanding of disease of lung isolation and diagnosis and treatment. Methods In December 2015, we retrospectively analyzed in 1 isolated lung disease in patients with clinical features and diagnosis and treatment, and the search term ＂disease＂ of bronchopulmonary sequestration, retrieval PuhMed retrieval system, service system of Chinese biomedical literature （SINOMED）, China hownet （CNK1） and ten thousand data resources system, combined with case analysis and literature. Results The patients with cough, sputum, fever, chest pain for starting symptoms, chest CT scan tip： lower pneumonia, lung mass at the lower right. Conclusion Bronchopulmonary sequestration is a rare congenital pulmonary dysplasia, atypical clinical manifestations, easily missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Clinicians should raise awareness of the disease, imaging examination, early diagnosis and treatment.
