摘  要:随着经济社会的发展,人们对于环境能源的重视度逐步提高,建筑的能耗问题已经成为全社会对于节能的关注焦点。就严寒地区的学校而言,被动式节能技术远比主动式节能技术更能满足生态节能的要求及学校师生的需求。文章主要从被动式节能建筑的内涵和特点着手,简述被动式节能建筑的优点,说明被动式建筑值得在我国推广;紧接着重点论述了严寒地区学校建筑的被动式节能设计策略,最后结合当前被动式节能建筑在我国发展的阻碍因素,提出相关发展建议。With the development of economy and society, people pay more attention to environmental energy, building energy consumption has become the focus of attention of the whole society. For schools in the cold area, passive energy saving technology is far more than the active energy saving technology to meet the requirements of ecological energy saving and the needs of teachers and students. This paper mainly proceed from the connotation and characteristics of passive energy-saving building, the advantages of brief passive energy-saving building, indicating that the passive construction is worthy to be popularized in China, folowed by focusing on the school buildings in cold areas of passive energy conservation design strategy. Finaly, combined with the current passive energy-saving building in the factors hindering the development of our country, put forward relevant proposals for the development .
