微改造思路下的植入型合院改造实践研究——以北京前门地区四合院改造为例

摘　　要：北京的四合院改造探索经历了从菊儿胡同式的大拆大建模式,到南池子式的部分新建模式,再到烟袋斜街式的微循环模式,改造模式与方法也基本趋于稳定和完善。本文结合北京基于微改造模式的探索性改造实践,总结出一种经济适用性的北京四合院植入型改造新方法。The models and ways of Beijing’s Si Heyuan renovation are becoming stable and perfect through exploration from the model of Ju Er Hutong that the most of old constructions are removed and rebuilt, to the model of Nan Chizi that a part of old construction are rebuilt, to the model of Yan Dai street that old buildings update in microcirculation pattern. This paper summarizes a new impantable renovation method of reconstructing Si Heyuan efficiently with the practice in exploratory reconstruction of Beijing’s Si Heyuan in micro reconstruction pattern.
