摘 要:采用疲劳裂纹标准试件对钢箱梁疲劳裂纹长度、宽度、深度、倾斜角度及开裂位置等特征进行超声波检测试验,研究钢箱梁疲劳裂纹特征超声波检测方法。依据理论计算和试验结果,对比分析每种裂纹检测波形及回波参数,提出1/3测长法,给出测长法判断依据的理论解,与实际检测结果相符合;针对裂纹深度,提出裂纹深度检测的精度提高的方法;建立裂纹倾斜角度、开裂位置判定计算公式。分析面板与U肋焊缝处不同类型裂纹检测结果,给出裂纹距焊趾距离K计算公式,并由K建立焊趾、焊根、未溶透部位疲劳裂纹判别方法。研究结果表明:疲劳裂纹特征与回波参数存在一定的相关性,疲劳裂纹特征检测方法具有较好的准确性。The fatigue crack features of length, width, depth, angle and location were studied in steel box girder by ultrasonic testing(UT). Standard specimens were made with some artificial cracks. According to the detecting results,each kind of cracks flew echo waveform and its parameters were analyzed. 1/3 length measurement method was put forward and verified by theoretical calculation and experimental result. The detection precision, for crack depth, was improved and formulation to calculate crack angle and position was established. Though analysis of detection results on different crack types in weld part of U-rib and deck, K value(distance between crack and weld toe) method was given out, which can distinguish these fatigue cracks that start from weld toe, weld root and undissolved part. The results show that the crack feature has some relative with echo parameter. The detection method of fatigue crack features is accurate.
